We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Administrative / Community Standards Coordinator to support daily administrative operations and uphold community standards within a residential HOA community. This role blends office administration with fieldwork and is ideal for someone who enjoys both working at a desk and being outdoors.

Candidates must complete a writing assessment as part of the hiring process. Selected candidates may be invited to a phone interview following review of the writing test. An in-person interview may be required at the client’s discretion.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and homeowners
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Utilize computer systems and software for data entry, correspondence, and reporting

  • Drive and/or walk throughout the community to monitor and document HOA violations
  • Conduct move-in and move-out inspections
  • Document findings thoroughly and accurately
  • Communicate violations and inspection results clearly and professionally

The inspection component of this role is similar to on-site property inspections conducted to identify lease violations and to inspect units prior to move-in or after move-out.

Qualifications

  • Previous administrative or office experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written communication skills (writing test required)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently

Training

The selected candidate will receive training on HOA rules and regulations to ensure proper enforcement and documentation of community standards.

The ideal candidate is organized, observant, professional in communication, and enjoys a balance of office work and outdoor activity. They are comfortable interacting with residents, documenting findings objectively, and maintaining high standards of community compliance.
