Experienced Leasing Consultant

Location: San Marcos, TX 78666

Schedule: M–F with Saturday flexibility

Pay: $19/hr

Job Description

• To greet prospects and provide property tours
• To process applications and prepare lease files
• To support renewals and retention
• To assist residents with inquiries and service needs
• To maintain accurate leasing and daily activity records

Required Qualifications

• Leasing experience in the apartment industry
• Property management software experience (Yardi, Onesite, etc.)
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed
