We are seeking an experienced Regional Supervisor to join a growing, full-service real estate company based in Houston, Texas. This organization specializes in income-producing real estate and provides a full range of property management, brokerage, leasing, and renovation services across commercial, residential, and senior living sectors nationwide.

This is a great opportunity for a seasoned multifamily professional who thrives in a leadership role and is passionate about driving operational and financial performance across a portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and support to a portfolio of on-site team members
• Conduct regular on-site property inspections within your region
• Mentor and support Community Managers by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions
• Partner with on-site teams to prepare and manage annual operating budgets
• Monitor budget performance and ensure financial goals are met
• Perform monthly financial reviews
• Oversee property maintenance concerns and recommend capital improvements to maintain competitive positioning

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Regional Manager/Supervisor in the multifamily industry
• Strong leadership, financial, and operational management skills
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
