Property Manager – Multifamily (Market-Rate)

Location: Vine Grove, KY

Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead day-to-day operations of a market-rate conventional multifamily community in Vine Grove, KY. This role requires strong leadership, operational knowledge, and financial skills, along with a passion for delivering excellent resident service.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, leasing activity, and resident relations
• Maintain strong occupancy and resident retention
• Ensure Fair Housing and policy compliance
• Manage budgets, rent collections, and expense control
• Lead and supervise on-site leasing and maintenance teams
• Coordinate unit turns, vendors, and maintenance schedules

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Property Manager in market-rate conventional multifamily
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Solid financial and budgeting experience
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Property management software experience preferred
