Put your all‑around apartment maintenance skills to work in a fast‑paced, hands‑on role! BGSF, a staffing agency, is seeking an experienced Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician who can handle everything from grounds to make‑readies to work orders with confidence.

Job Description

• Complete work orders efficiently and professionally
• Handle HVAC troubleshooting and repairs
• Assist with unit make‑readies
• Maintain grounds and common areas
• Support daily property operations as needed

Required Skills & Experience

• EPA Type II or Universal certification
• Apartment industry maintenance experience
• Must have own tools
• Ability to perform well‑rounded skillsets including:
  • HVAC troubleshooting and repair
  • Basic electrical work
  • Plumbing repairs
  • Appliance diagnostics
  • Carpentry and drywall
  • Grounds upkeep and cleaning
  • Unit turns and preventive maintenance
• Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks
• Reliable, consistent work ethic

Preferred

• Multifamily experience in a fast‑paced environment
