Job Description

You will support snow and ice removal on property grounds to ensure safe access for residents and staff.

Job Responsibilities

• To remove snow from walkways, entrances, and common areas
• To apply ice melt as needed
• To work safely in winter weather conditions
• To follow onsite direction and complete tasks efficiently

Qualifications

• Ability to work outdoors in cold conditions
• Reliable and able to start immediately
• Prior snow removal experience a plus

Schedule & Pay

• Starting ASAP — a few hours of work
• $21/hr
• Contract role
