Compensation

$21/hr | Contract role through BGSF

Job Description

You will handle service requests, perform repairs, support unit turns, maintain grounds, and ensure safe, functional units and common areas. Must have industry experience and own tools.

Key Responsibilities

• To complete service requests and general repairs
• To support make‑ready turns and unit preparation
• To troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
• To maintain grounds and common areas in clean, safe condition
• To work independently using personal tools

Required Skills

• Prior apartment maintenance or industry experience
• Ability to perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs
• Must have own tools
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various conditions
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
• Experience with multifamily communities
• Basic HVAC troubleshooting
