Job Description

• To perform apartment maintenance repairs including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance troubleshooting
• To complete work orders and turn units efficiently
• To use personal tools to perform daily maintenance tasks
• To ensure the property remains safe, clean, and resident‑ready
• To maintain compliance with all safety and EPA requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• EPA Type II or Universal certification
• Apartment maintenance experience
• Strong skills in HVAC troubleshooting
• Basic electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair
• Ability to complete unit turns and work orders independently
• Must have own tools
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to start immediately

Schedule & Pay

• Mon–Fri | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• $23–$24/hr based on experience
• Onsite • Contract‑to‑Hire • Immediate Start
