Job Description

• Complete resident work orders efficiently
• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, appliance, and general maintenance issues
• Support make‑ready turns and preventative maintenance
• Maintain grounds and common areas
• Work schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm

Required Skills

• Apartment or residential maintenance experience
• Strong knowledge of general maintenance trades
• Must have own tools
• Ability to work independently
• Reliable transportation

Preferred Skills

• HVAC certification
• Make‑ready experience
