HUD Property Manager

Location: Camden, NJ

Pay: $25–$27/hr (based on experience) | Contract Role (4–6 months)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Take on a leadership role managing HUD compliance for a multifamily property! This is a great opportunity to showcase your expertise in certifications, recertifications, and HUD regulations while working with a respected team.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property management for HUD-regulated community
• Complete and process certifications and recertifications accurately
• Ensure compliance with HUD guidelines and regulations
• Manage resident files and maintain accurate documentation
• Communicate effectively with residents and staff

Qualifications

• Must have multifamily property management experience
• Hands-on experience with certifications and recertifications
• Strong knowledge of HUD programs and compliance
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
