Lead Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Melbourne, FL 32904

Pay: $24-25/hr (based on experience)

Type: Contract to Hire

Job Description

You will oversee daily maintenance operations, perform advanced repairs, and guide on‑site techs to ensure high-quality service throughout the community.

Responsibilities

• To lead maintenance operations and mentor on-site techs
• To troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances
• To complete work orders and manage preventative maintenance
• To ensure safety and quality standards across the property
• To prepare units for move-ins and handle advanced maintenance needs

Required Skills & Qualifications

• EPA Type II or Universal Certification (required)
• Previous multifamily/apartment maintenance experience
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
• Must have own tools
