Job Description

• Complete unit turns and punch‑list tasks
• Support work orders and basic troubleshooting
• Maintain grounds and common areas
• Perform general property and building repairs
• Work independently and deliver reliable, high‑quality service

Required Skills

• Well‑rounded apartment maintenance experience
• Ability to complete turns, basic repairs, and grounds tasks
• Must have own tools
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Strong communication and customer‑service focus
• Skills across multiple trades, including:
  • Light electrical (switches, outlets, fixtures)
  • Basic plumbing (leaks, clogs, shut‑offs)
  • Appliance troubleshooting
  • Drywall patching and painting
  • Carpentry (door adjustments, hardware, trim)
  • Preventative maintenance tasks
  • Basic HVAC knowledge (filters, thermostats)

Preferred Skills

• Experience with full turns and punch lists
• Familiarity with multifamily work‑order software
