Apartment Maintenance Technician

Location: Woodridge, IL 60517

Pay: $24/hr

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Complete service requests promptly and accurately
• Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues
• Perform unit turns including minor repairs and painting
• Maintain property grounds and common areas
• Communicate effectively with team and residents

Qualifications

• Previous experience in apartment or property maintenance
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Own tools preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
