Responsibilities:

• Complete work orders promptly and accurately
• Perform apartment turns to prepare units for new residents
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Communicate effectively with property management team

Requirements:

• Previous maintenance experience in multifamily or similar setting
• Ability to handle work orders and turns independently
• Reliable transportation and basic tools
• Strong problem-solving skills
