Apartment Maintenance Technician (Certified or Non-Certified) – Contract-to-Hire

Location: Greensboro, NC

Pay: $18–$20/hr (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on apartment units and property systems
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, and electrical issues
• Ensure all work meets safety and compliance standards
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and services

Requirements

• Certified Techs: EPA Type II or Universal Certification required
• Non-Certified Techs welcome with strong maintenance experience
• Must have own tools
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
