Tax Credit Assistant Property Manager – Fort Worth, TX

$20–$21/hr | Full-Time

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30AM–5:30PM

Onsite & Tax Credit/LIHTC Experience Required

BGSF is looking for an experienced Tax Credit Assistant Property Manager to support day-to-day operations at a LIHTC community in Fort Worth. This role requires strong administrative skills, excellent resident communication, and the ability to manage compliance-heavy tasks with accuracy.

🏡 What You’ll Do

• Assist residents with questions, concerns, and service requests
• Conduct community and unit tours
• Handle leasing functions: applications, certifications, move-ins, renewals
• Process income verifications and support LIHTC/Tax Credit compliance
• Maintain accurate resident files and reporting logs
• Support rent collection, posting payments, and managing delinquencies
• Assist with notices, legal processes, and move-out coordination
• Communicate with residents, vendors, and internal teams professionally
• Help the Property Manager with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks

✔️ What You Bring

• Onsite apartment property management experience REQUIRED
• Tax Credit / LIHTC experience REQUIRED
• Strong administrative and documentation accuracy
• Familiarity with Yardi or similar software preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Understanding of Fair Housing and affordable housing guidelines
• Dependable transportation and consistent attendance
• Professional, detail-oriented, and team-focused
