Certified Maintenance Technician – Fort Worth, TX

$21–$23/hr | Full-Time

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9AM–5PM

EPA Certification Required

BGSF is seeking an experienced Certified Maintenance Technician to support a busy apartment community in Fort Worth, TX. This role requires someone who can handle a full range of maintenance requests — including HVAC — with professionalism, speed, and skill.

If you enjoy hands-on work, troubleshooting, and providing excellent service to residents, this is a great opportunity.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

• Complete and troubleshoot apartment service requests
• Perform HVAC repairs and maintenance (EPA certification required)
• Install and repair appliances
• Conduct light plumbing and electrical tasks
• Change/repair locks, lighting, and hardware
• Handle interior/exterior painting, caulking, and light drywall repair
• Assist with groundskeeping, pressure washing, and general exterior upkeep
• Provide responsive, resident-friendly service

✔️ What You Bring

• EPA Certification REQUIRED
• CPO (Certified Pool Operator) license preferred but not required
• Experience in apartment, residential, or commercial maintenance
• Strong work ethic and dependability
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs
• Basic hand tools required (screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, etc.)
• Power tools are a plus
• Reliable transportation
• Positive attitude, team-minded, and willing to assist with community projects
• Friendly, service-oriented communication skills
