M, T, W, F | 8am–5pm + Saturday Flex | Contract Role | $17/hr

Jump into a busy leasing office where you’ll help future residents find their next home and support daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who loves touring, closing, and delivering great customer service — with flexibility to assist on Saturdays as needed.

Job Description

• To greet prospects, give tours, and close leases
• To enter applications using property management software
• To support leasing efforts and drive occupancy
• To provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects
• To follow Fair Housing guidelines

Required Skills

• Apartment leasing experience
• Strong customer service and sales/closing ability
• Familiarity with property management software
• Understanding of Fair Housing
• Ability to work occasional Saturdays
