Master Data Administrator

We’re seeking a Master Data Administrator to manage and maintain accurate, consistent, and compliant vendor and customer master data within SAP. This role is critical in supporting data governance efforts and ensuring smooth collaboration between Supply Chain, Finance, and other business units.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update vendor and customer master data in SAP
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with internal policies
  • Review incoming data requests for completeness and accuracy
  • Perform regular data audits and support data cleansing initiatives
  • Manage Tax and Banking documentation for vendors and customers
  • Meet Service Level Agreements for processing data changes and requests
  • Support internal/external audits and ensure adherence to data governance standards
  • Collaborate with Finance (Accounts Payable, Settlements), Supply Chain, and Commercial teams on master data needs
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements
  • Maintain documentation, update process guidelines, and support KPI/control reporting

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5–10 years of experience with SAP vendor/customer master data maintenance
  • Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP required)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)

  • Process improvement mindset and ability to prioritize under pressure

Preferred

  • Experience with SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) or MDM
  • Background in risk management, data quality, or audit support
