Maintenance Coordinator (Dispatch)

Location: Gladstone, MO

Pay: $25/hr

We are seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to manage dispatch operations and ensure timely maintenance service for a busy property management team in the Kansas City area.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch maintenance requests to appropriate technicians
• Communicate with residents and vendors to schedule repairs
• Track and update work orders in AppFolio software
• Monitor progress and follow up to ensure timely completion
• Provide general administrative support to the maintenance team

Qualifications

• MUST have experience with AppFolio
• General knowledge of maintenance processes required
• Familiarity with the Kansas City area preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
