Overview

We’re seeking an organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. This role supports our Senior Vice President and site staff on a variety of projects and administrative tasks. If you’re a self-starter with strong communication and technical skills, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic property management environment.

Key Responsibilities


  • Lead and support projects in collaboration with leadership, HR, accounting, and site teams.
  • Coordinate new project development, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and expectations are met.
  • Document and maintain project records including reports, meeting minutes, budgets, and schedules.
  • Prepare multimedia presentations and reports using MS Teams and Office Suite.
  • Assist with document management, marketing materials, and event coordination.
  • Support IT, office systems, and accounting functions when needed (AP/AR, insurance certificates).
  • Maintain office inventory, coordinate mail, vendor relationships, and conference logistics.
  • Provide administrative and project support to senior leadership and site managers.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a professional office environment; property management experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with Yardi preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
