EHR Senior Project Manager

Location: Hybrid – Nashville, TN

Travel: Up to 25% (East Coast)

We’re seeking a seasoned EHR Senior Project Manager to lead complex healthcare IT implementations. This role is ideal for someone with strong project leadership skills, a deep understanding of EHR systems, and a passion for improving healthcare delivery through technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead EHR implementation projects from planning through go-live.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, support system builds, and manage testing.
• Provide on-site and remote support to clients and internal teams.
• Identify and escalate risks, manage timelines, and ensure project milestones are met.
• Document project deliverables and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Contribute to workflow analysis and recommend system improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must reside in the greater Nashville, TN area.
• 5+ years of EHR/healthcare project management experience.
• Experience with full EHR lifecycle (e.g., pharmacy, oncology, surgery).
• Strong knowledge of Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with CMS platforms and project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) is a plus.
