Leasing Consultant (LIHTC Experience Required)

Location: Reynoldsburg, OH & Blacklick, OH

Pay: $19/hr | Schedule: Monday–Friday

Assignment Type: Contract/Temporary (Travel between two properties)

Are you passionate about helping people find their perfect home? BGSF is seeking a Leasing Consultant with strong Tax Credit (LIHTC) experience to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across two communities and make an impact every day!

Job Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents with leasing inquiries
• Explain LIHTC program requirements and ensure compliance
• Process applications and verify eligibility documentation
• Maintain accurate records and complete leasing paperwork
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to residents

Qualifications

• MUST have strong LIHTC/Tax Credit experience
• Previous leasing or property management experience required
• Reliable transportation to travel between properties
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
