Leasing Consultant (Industry Experience Required)

Location: Pine Brook, NJ

Pay: $18/hr | Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (Tuesday off)

Assignment Type: Contract/Temporary

Job Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents
• Conduct property tours and highlight community features
• Process applications and prepare lease agreements
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with policies
• Provide outstanding customer service and meet leasing goals

Qualifications

• Previous industry leasing experience required
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Professional demeanor and excellent phone etiquette
• Ability to work weekends and maintain a flexible schedule
