A high-rise residential community in Denver is seeking an experienced and energetic Property Manager to oversee daily operations, resident satisfaction, and overall property performance. This is a single-site, 140-unit building with 16 floors, perfect for someone who enjoys managing a dynamic, urban environment with a hands-on approach.

What You’ll Do

• Lead all daily operations of a 140-unit high-rise community
• Supervise and support on-site teams (leasing, maintenance, vendors)
• Ensure resident satisfaction and handle escalated concerns
• Monitor budgets, control expenses, and approve vendor invoices
• Maintain compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies
• Manage leasing efforts and occupancy strategy
• Oversee basic maintenance needs and capital improvements

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of property management experience (high-rise experience is a plus)
• Basic maintenance knowledge and familiarity with property management software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage, Entrata)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Highly organized with strong work history and leadership experience
• High-energy, people-oriented personality with a desire for long-term growth
