Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments? Do you love mentoring teams, building culture, and making an impact? We’re hiring a Community Manager ready to energize a student housing community and drive results.

This role is ideal for someone who leads from the front—who motivates young staff, takes ownership of operations, and isn’t afraid to get in the trenches to make things happen.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day property operations
• Motivate and manage a team of 8, including student staff
• Drive leasing performance and improve occupancy
• Walk the property daily to ensure high standards
• Maintain budget oversight and approve vendor invoices
• Build strong relationships with residents, parents, and team members
• Ensure compliance with housing laws and operational policies

We’re Looking For

• A proven leader who can inspire and coach a young team
• A self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills
• Someone who is hands-on and highly visible on the property
• Background in property management, hospitality, or student housing preferred
• Experience managing budgets and daily operations
