Job Title: District Regional Manager – Multifamily

Location: North County San Diego (Oceanside, Pacific Beach, Encinitas)

Schedule: Flexible | 30–40 hours/week

Join a well-established, family-owned property management company that’s been proudly serving San Diego County since 1990. We specialize in managing boutique-style multifamily communities (6–8 units) with a personal, hands-on approach. Our current portfolio spans 169 units across three desirable coastal areas — all within a 45-minute radius — including Oceanside, Pacific Beach, and Encinitas.

We are proud of our close-knit team, rooted in integrity, trust, and exceptional service — and we’re looking for someone who shares those values.

Why This Role is Unique:

Flexible schedule and work-life balance

High-level oversight with a small, manageable portfolio

Work closely with ownership and make a real impact

Opportunity to reduce hours over time as trust and systems are built

About the Role:

As our District Regional Manager, you’ll be the key operational leader across our multifamily portfolio. You'll supervise on-site managers, ensure the properties are performing optimally, and serve as the bridge between ownership and daily operations. If you're a self-starter who thrives in a flexible, hands-on environment — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee operations for 169 multifamily units across three communities
  • Supervise on-site managers and one assistant
  • Hire, train, and support property-level staff
  • Develop and manage budgets alongside ownership
  • Maintain excellent communication with tenants, vendors, and staff
  • Ensure compliance with CAA forms and local housing regulations
  • Handle resident relations, leasing support, and occasional conflict resolution
  • Generate reports and track operations in Yardi Breeze, Excel, and Word
  • Travel as needed between properties (all within 45 minutes)

What We’re Looking For:

Active California Real Estate License (required)

2–3 years of multifamily property management experience

Tech-savvy and comfortable with Yardi Breeze, Excel, and Word

Strong communication skills — both written and verbal

Familiarity with CAA forms, leasing compliance, and tenant law

Highly organized, proactive, and reliable

Professional, personable, and confident in making decisions independently

Compensation:

  • Competitive pay (commensurate with experience)
  • Flexible schedule: 30–40 hours/week
  • Long-term opportunity to scale down to 1 day/week as operations stabilize

Ready to Join a Team Where You Can Make a Difference?

Apply today and take the next step in your property management career with a company that truly values trust, flexibility, and long-term partnership.
