What You’ll Be Doing:

• Welcome and assist prospective residents with tours and leasing information
• Respond to inquiries, follow up with leads, and maintain guest cards
• Process applications, renewals, and lease documents accurately
• Support resident retention by providing top-tier customer service
• Help coordinate resident events, front office operations, and marketing efforts
• Work closely with the property team to ensure smooth move-ins and resident satisfaction 🏡

What We’re Looking For:

• 6+ months of leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication, sales, and closing skills
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude
• Familiarity with leasing software (Yardi, OneSite, BlueMoon a plus)
• Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
