What You'll Do:

📞 Greet and assist current and prospective residents

🏡 Conduct property tours and highlight community features

📝 Process applications and prepare lease agreements

💬 Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in person

🎯 Use your customer service or sales experience to meet leasing goals

📣 Assist with marketing efforts, resident events, and retention strategies

📂 Light administrative tasks like filing, answering phones, and making coffee

What You Bring to the Table:

✔ 6+ months of apartment leasing experience

✔ Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish & English

✔ Familiar with leasing software (e.g., Yardi, OneSite, BlueMoon – a plus!)

✔ Knowledge of Fair Housing laws

✔ Reliable transportation

✔ Professionalism, enthusiasm, and a passion for customer service
