Porter / Groundskeeper

Location: Neptune City, NJ

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9a.m.-6p.m.

Type: Contract Assignment

Pay: $18/hour

What You’ll Do

• Maintain cleanliness of common areas and grounds
• Remove trash and debris from property
• Assist with light landscaping and upkeep
• Report maintenance issues to the property team
• Ensure a safe and attractive environment for residents

What We’re Looking For

• Previous groundskeeping or porter experience preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Strong work ethic and team player attitude
