Part‑Time Porter / Groundskeeper

Join a part‑time role that keeps a multifamily community looking its best. You’ll help maintain clean, safe, and welcoming grounds while supporting daily property operations.

Job Description

• To maintain cleanliness of grounds, common areas, and amenities
• To remove trash and debris from the property
• To assist with light maintenance tasks as needed
• To report safety concerns or maintenance issues promptly
• To support the onsite team with daily upkeep tasks

Required Qualifications

• Previous porter, groundskeeping, or general labor experience
• Ability to work outdoors and lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks

Schedule & Pay

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday
• 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• $22–$24/hr DOE
• Contract role
