Job Title: IT Project Manager

Location: Onsite – Annapolis, Maryland

Overview:

The IT Project Manager reports to the Department Manager and leads the full project lifecycle—from planning through delivery—ensuring alignment with the United Association’s goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project plans, scope, and timelines
• Coordinate tasks, resources, and project teams
• Monitor progress and quality; adjust plans as needed
• Communicate status, issues, and solutions to stakeholders
• Guide teams, manage changes, and evaluate outcomes

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of IT project management experience; led at least 3 successful projects
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• PMP, CAPM, or equivalent experience

Skills:

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with risk, change, and time management
• Proficient with project management tools and software
