We are looking for dedicated leasing professionals who bring energy, professionalism, and great communication to the team. The ideal candidate will be confident, organized, and committed to providing an exceptional resident experience.

🏢 Leasing Consultant Job Duties:

• Provide outstanding customer service to prospective and current residents
• Tour the community and apartment homes
• Sell and lease available apartment homes
• Assist with application and lease paperwork
• Answer phones, file documents, and complete light administrative tasks
• Submit service requests and help resolve resident concerns
• Support marketing initiatives and community events

✅ Job Requirements:

• Bilingual – Fluent in Korean and English (required)
• 6+ months of leasing or multifamily customer service experience required
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
• Experience with property management software such as Yardi, OneSite, or BlueMoon is a plus
• Reliable transportation
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude
