Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour

Schedule: Sunday through Thursday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Position Overview

BG Staffing is seeking a dependable and hardworking Porter to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of a multifamily community while providing excellent customer service to residents and guests.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of common areas, breezeways, parking lots, and grounds
• Remove trash and debris from the property
• Assist with apartment turns and maintenance support tasks
• Keep amenities clean and presentable
• Report any safety concerns or property issues
• Support the maintenance team as needed

Qualifications

• Previous porter, janitorial, groundskeeping, or related experience preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
