Associate Photo Retoucher

Overview:

Join our client's in-house content production team to produce high-quality images for our website, e-commerce platforms, and digital campaigns across all brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Retouch, edit, and color-correct photos for digital use
• Upload final images to our digital asset management system
• Support photographers on set as a Digital Imaging Technician (DIT)
• Collaborate with producers and photographers to understand project goals
• Help define and document postproduction processes

Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Photography, Art, or Graphic Design
• 3–5 years of photo retouching experience with a strong portfolio

Skills:

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CaptureOne, and Microsoft Office
• Highly organized with a flexible, collaborative mindset
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and open to feedback
• Eager to learn and uphold the client's brand standards
