Pay: $20–$21 per hour

OPPORTUNITY: Leasing Consultant

We’re looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and have a passion for working with people. You’ll be responsible for showing and leasing apartment homes to prospective residents and ensuring a smooth leasing experience.

Leasing Job Duties:

• Perform administrative tasks (answering phones, filing, etc.)
• Provide top-tier customer service to current and prospective residents
• Submit maintenance requests
• Tour the community and apartment homes
• Sell and lease available units
• Assist with applications and lease paperwork
• Support marketing initiatives and community events

Leasing Job Requirements:

• Minimum six months of apartment/multifamily leasing experience
• Familiarity with leasing software (Yardi, OneSite, BlueMoon, etc.)
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and dependability
• Willingness to assist with additional projects
• Team player with a customer-first mindset
