Program Manager

Location: Nashville, TN or Remote (U.S.-based)

We’re seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Program Manager to lead large-scale retail and distributor implementations, manage ongoing technical programs, and support cross-functional collaboration. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment and enjoys driving operational excellence across SaaS platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.
• Manage program scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Lead requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation planning.
• Monitor performance metrics and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Resolve data publication issues and support technical troubleshooting.
• Collaborate on quarterly business reviews and strategic growth initiatives.
• Maintain clear documentation and communication throughout the program lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project or program management within a SaaS environment.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, and client relationship skills.
• Proficiency in Smartsheet, Excel, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Salesforce and Jira preferred.
• Exposure to the retail industry is a plus.
• Willingness to travel periodically for client meetings.
