Salesforce Product Manager

Location: Remote (Must reside in EST, CST, or MST)

Type: Full-Time

Travel: Minimal (Quarterly)

We’re looking for a strategic and customer-focused Salesforce Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions. This role will drive product roadmaps, support cross-functional initiatives, and ensure the platform delivers value to both users and the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the product owner for Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and manage trade-offs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into user stories.
• Monitor platform performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing, training, and support.
• Track KPIs and adoption metrics to inform product decisions.
• Ensure alignment with compliance, accessibility, and customer experience standards.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, specifically Sales Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality and best practices.
• Ability to write clear business and technical requirements.
• Experience in Agile development environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to build reports, dashboards, and support end users.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Administrator certification.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Engagement, Case Management, Marketing Cloud, and CRM Analytics.
• Familiarity with API development, data migrations, and cloud services.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with platforms like Snowflake.
• Ability to write queries for data evaluation.
