Now Hiring: Make-Ready / Punch Technicians

If you're handy with tools or skilled in maintenance, this is the opportunity for you. Make-ready technicians help turn recently vacated apartments into move-in-ready homes.

Responsibilities:

• Trash out recently vacated apartments
• Replace bulbs, filters, and locks
• Install appliances
• Perform general repairs including light electrical and plumbing
• Ensure units pass move-in inspections
• Interior and exterior painting, caulking, drywall repair
• Pressure washing and leaf blowing of breezeways and parking lots

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and dependability
• Willingness to assist with community projects
• Basic hand tools (e.g., screwdriver, pliers, wrenches); power tools a plus
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs
• Friendly and customer service-oriented attitude
