OPPORTUNITY for Maintenance Technicians – North Chicago, IL

We’re seeking a Maintenance Technician with strong plumbing skills, including hands-on experience with radiator valves, steam pipes, and related systems. If you're confident in your plumbing abilities and have a passion for property maintenance, we want to hear from you!

Pay Range: $24–$25/hr (depending on experience)

Maintenance Job Duties

• Troubleshoot and complete apartment service requests
• Special emphasis on plumbing: radiator valves, steam pipes, etc.
• Light electrical experience preferred
• Repair light fixtures, locks, appliances
• Interior/exterior painting, caulking, light drywall repair
• Pressure washing, groundskeeping, leaf blowing

Maintenance Job Requirements

• Experience with plumbing systems, especially steam and radiator-based
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Strong work ethic and dependability
• Willingness to assist with community projects
• Basic hand tools required (screwdrivers, wrenches, pliers, etc.)
• Power tools a plus!
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs
• Friendly and customer-service-oriented attitude
