This role leads the coordination and delivery of enterprise-wide ServiceNow initiatives, with a strong focus on aligning platform development to business priorities. The work requires hands-on sprint management, cross-functional collaboration, and oversight of multiple ServiceNow modules, including SPM, Asset Management, IRM, SecOps, and Performance Analytics. The person in this position must balance strategic planning with day-to-day execution, ensuring stakeholder alignment, managing risks, driving adoption, and maintaining clear communication across technical and business teams.

This is a hybrid position based out of Alexandria, VA, supporting a federal agency (NSF). U.S. work authorization and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance are required.

Ideal background includes:

• Around 5 years’ experience navigating client needs and translating them into technical action plans
• Hands-on involvement with ServiceNow development across complex enterprise environments
• Strong familiarity with Agile practices and ability to lead within that framework
• Track record with modules like SPM, IRM, Asset Management, SecOps, and more
• Comfort guiding technical teams, managing risks, and reporting progress to leadership
• Strong writing, storytelling, and visualization skills when communicating to various audiences
• Ability to act as a connector—between teams, between vision and execution, between ideas and outcomes
