Location: Calumet City, IL

Pay Rate: $23–$24/hr

Start Date: IMMEDIATE

Do you have construction or renovation experience? Maintenance skills? Whatever your background, we have a spot for you! We're looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to hit the ground running.

Maintenance Job Duties:

• Troubleshoot and complete apartment service requests
• Light plumbing & electrical preferred
• Change/repair light bulbs, locks
• Install and repair appliances
• Interior/exterior painting, caulking, light drywall repairs
• Groundskeeping duties: pressure washing, leaf blowing, etc.

Requirements:

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and dependability
• Team player with a willingness to assist
• Basic hand tools required; power tools a plus!
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs
• Friendly, customer service-focused attitude
