BG Staffing is seeking a dependable and hardworking Porter/Groundskeeper to support daily operations at a well‑maintained residential property in Marlboro, NJ. About the Role

As a Porter/Groundskeeper, you will play a key role in maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the property. You’ll work closely with onsite staff to ensure that all common areas, walkways, and grounds are kept in excellent condition. This is a hands‑on, active position that requires reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily trash‑down duties, including collecting, transporting, and disposing of waste from designated areas.
• Maintain the overall appearance of the property, ensuring grounds, walkways, and common areas are clean, organized, and free of debris.
• Support essential daily tasks, such as sweeping, pressure washing, cleaning breezeways, and assisting with light upkeep as needed.
• Monitor the property for any maintenance concerns and report issues promptly to onsite management.
• Provide a positive presence on the property by being professional, courteous, and dependable.

Schedule & Compensation

• Hours: Monday through Friday
• Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
• Weekly, steady schedule with no nights or weekends required.

Dress Code Requirements

To ensure a clean and professional appearance, the following attire is required:

• Work shoes or boots
• Khaki or navy pants
• Navy polo shirt or clean navy T‑shirt
