Commercial Real Estate Firm seeks a technician to ensure clean and well-maintained facilities for tenants and customers. This individual will perform routine maintenance on car wash equipment, monitor the overall cleanliness of the facilities, and assist customers with any questions or concerns. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Responsibilities:


•Keeps the maintenance log accurate and up to date.

•Responds to repair and maintenance requests in a timely fashion.

•Follows written and verbal instructions from the maintenance manager or tenants.

Collaborates with the property team and contractors as needed.

•Reads and follows manuals and other written instructions.

•Uses equipment, including power tools, hand tools, electric tools, and plumbing tools

•Perform routine maintenance on car wash equipment, including cleaning nozzles, hoses, brushes, and floor grates, checking fluid levels, and replacing supplies as needed.

•Inspect the properties regularly, identifying areas that require cleaning, repairs, or maintenance and promptly reporting any issues to management.

•Maintain the cleanliness of the properties, including sweeping, mopping, and removing trash from car wash bays.

•Assist with customer inquiries, resolving any issues or complaints professionally and promptly.

•Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

•Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment, notifying management when restocking is needed.

•Respond to emergencies or equipment malfunctions, shutting down equipment as needed and notifying management.

•Assisted with opening and closing procedures, ensuring the facility was secure and ready for operation.

•Maintain high standards of personal appearance, which include wearing proper uniform attire.

•Anticipate, prevent, identify, and solve problems as necessary.

•Carry out weekly and monthly reporting.

•Perform additional duties as assigned by management.


Skills and Qualifications:

•At least two years of building maintenance, construction, plumbing, or electrician experience is strongly preferred but not required.

•A certification in building maintenance is a plus.
