This position will be reporting to the VP, Chief Accounting Officer with responsibility for delivering key work product as part of the external financial reporting process for a publicly held organization.

Overall Responsibility for the following:

• Quarterly Review / Annual Audit
• External Reporting (SEC / US GAAP)
• Accounting Research / Implementation
• Other Activities / Special Projects

Review and supervise the work performed by team.

Education and Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Accounting
• Certified Public Accountant
• 10+ years of business and accounting experience including
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to execute and follow-through to completion and documentation. Good interpersonal and communication skills within all levels of the organization.
