Leasing Consultant – Temp-to-Perm

Location: Melissa, TX 75454

Pay: $19/hr

Assignment: Temp-to-Perm (TTP)

Schedule: 5 days per week, including Saturday and Sunday (both required)

Property Hours:

• Monday–Friday: 9 AM–6 PM
• Saturday: 10 AM–5 PM
• Sunday: 1 PM–5 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, conduct property tours, and highlight community amenities.
• Follow up with leads, drive leasing sales, and support occupancy goals.
• Process rental applications, leasing paperwork, and background checks.
• Coordinate move-ins and ensure apartments are ready for new residents.
• Build positive resident relationships and support retention efforts.
• Assist with social media marketing, community outreach, and promotions.
• Answer calls, respond to emails, and manage daily leasing office operations.
• Maintain accurate records and complete administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of leasing or sales experience.
• Strong social media experience required.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to manage leasing paperwork.
• Professional appearance and appropriate workplace attire.
• Ability to work independently and meet leasing goals.
• Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Screening Requirements

• SSN trace, county background check, and sex offender search.
• County background searches valid for 6 months.
• Drug testing only if requested by the client.
