Leasing Consultant 

Now Hiring: Apartment Leasing Consultant – Olathe, KS 66062

Pay: $19/hr 

Schedule:  Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm with 30 min lunch

BG Staffing is seeking a personable and motivated Apartment Leasing Consultant to support a thriving community in Olathe, KS 66062. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service. 

Responsibilities 

• Greet and assist prospective residents with tours and leasing information 
• Provide excellent customer service to current and future residents 
• Process applications, prepare leasing documents, and maintain accurate records 
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage office communication 
• Assist with marketing efforts and community outreach 
• Support daily office operations to ensure a smooth leasing process 
• Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment 

Requirements 

• 1–2+ years of leasing, Property Relations, or customer service experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Sales and customer service experience

• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and property management software preferred)

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred

Core Responsibilities

• Conduct apartment tours and assist prospective residents throughout the leasing process

• Respond to phone, email, and in-person leasing inquiries promptly and professionally

• Prepare lease agreements and process rental applications

• Maintain accurate resident and prospect records

• Assist with resident retention by providing excellent customer service and coordinating lease renewals

• Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to support occupancy goals

• Ensure model units and common areas are clean, organized, and tour-ready

• • Support community marketing efforts, resident events, and outreach activities
