BG Staffing is seeking an experienced Certified Maintenance Technician to support a thriving apartment community in O'Fallon, MO. If you have strong HVAC skills, apartment maintenance experience, and take pride in providing excellent resident service, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance work orders efficiently and professionally
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems (EPA Certification Required)
• Perform electrical, plumbing, appliance, and carpentry repairs
• Complete painting, touch-up, and unit refresh projects as needed
• Assist with unit turns and make-ready preparation
• Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities
• Respond to resident maintenance requests with a professional and customer-focused attitude
• Ensure all work meets safety, compliance, and quality standards

Requirements

• EPA or HVAC Certification Required
• Previous apartment maintenance experience required
• Painting experience required
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently
• Must have reliable transportation
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Strong communication and customer service skills
