We’re hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians to complete repairs at residential properties throughout Orlando. This is a great opportunity for a dependable maintenance professional who enjoys troubleshooting, working independently, and providing excellent service to residents.

Responsibilities

• Complete HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general home repairs.
• Respond to work orders and complete property inspections.
• Handle rekeying and prepare homes for move-in.
• Communicate professionally with residents.
• Document completed repairs with detailed notes and before-and-after photos.
• Travel between properties in a company vehicle.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain tools and equipment.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of maintenance experience, including at least one year in single-family or multifamily property management.
• EPA Type II or EPA Universal certification required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and at least 21 years of age.
• Strong troubleshooting, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, work on ladders, and perform duties in varying outdoor conditions.
• Additional plumbing or electrical certifications preferred.
