BG Staffing is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician for a well-established apartment community in Overland Park, KS. If you have leadership experience, strong HVAC knowledge, and a passion for maintaining high community standards, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

🛠️ What You'll Do

✅ Lead daily maintenance operations and oversee onsite maintenance staff

✅ Assign, prioritize, and monitor work orders and preventative maintenance programs

✅ Coordinate apartment turns and make-ready projects to ensure timely completion

✅ Troubleshoot and repair:

• HVAC systems
• Electrical systems
• Plumbing systems
• Appliances
• Carpentry and general maintenance issues

✅ Maintain community grounds, amenities, and common areas

✅ Respond to resident service requests with professionalism and urgency

✅ Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies

✅ Support overall property operations and maintenance planning

✅ What We're Looking For

✔ Previous Apartment Maintenance Leadership Experience Required

✔ Experience Supervising Maintenance Teams Required

✔ EPA Type II or Universal Certification Required

✔ Strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience

✔ Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and carpentry

✔ Experience managing work orders, preventative maintenance, and unit turns

✔ Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills

✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

✔ Must Provide Own Tools
